There is a scenario we have encountered more times than we can count. An organisation invests in a sophisticated monitoring platform. Dashboards are configured. Alerts are set. Reports are automated. And somewhere in the building, a single person is responsible for making sense of all of it.

The platform works exactly as designed. It generates alerts, hundreds of them, sometimes thousands. Some are genuine. Many are false positives.
